Thermal Conductivity Tester
Introduction:
It is mainly used to test the thermal conductivity of insulation
materials. Testing materials include fiber board, loosing filler
glass fiber, ceramic fiber, foam plastic (XPS/EPS/PUR, etc.),
inter-layer composite plate, vacuum plate, rubber products,
cement(concrete) products. Measuring with this machine, it tends to
be stable rapidly and can generate rapid response to sample
characteristics. This depends on the precise control of the plate
temperature and the configuration of the instrument's dual heat
flow sensor. For some materials, it takes only a few minutes to get
the correct thermal resistance. Depending on the measurement
requirements, the user can choose either to terminate the
measurement at this time or to further extend the measurement time.
For QC and process control, the sample test time is shorter than 5
minutes. Measurements are strictly in accordance with ASTMC518 or
ISO8301 and GB/T10295 standards.
