hardness tester, which can focus in the
computer and indicate the indentation image by connecting CCD;
there only needed to use keyboards and mouse that can complete the
test requirements, it is improve working efficiency, it is a
perfect solution to test hardness value.
Main function and features of software
1. Image analysis software that Researched by our institution, can
be customized for kinds of functions, completed, handy operation
and meet most customers’ demands
2. It can magnify 200 times of the indentation, and processing
local magnification, to avoid manual error；
3. It can automatic to identify the indentation image and measure
the indentation diameter
4. Real time display the indentation diameter, hardness value,
indentation depth, material strength,
conversion hardness value etc.
5. It possesses the unique mark positioning function, testing the
positioned point hardness value；
6. It can be adjusted the color, gray, contrast ratio, lightness of
the image
7. Attached with function of indentation tangency fine tuning,
length measurement and angle
measurement etc.
8. It possesses the function of test result statistical analysis,
automatic generation and export for the format of Word, Excel of
hardness measurement analysis report, and save the indentation
image, print etc.
9. Support WIN9X, WINNT, WIN2000, WINXP, VISTA, Win 7, Win8 and so
on operation system.
Main function and feature
1. It possesses the 10 grades test force, it can test 10 Brinell
scales, with wider test range；
2.The outer shell of machine is formed of special founding one time
casted technique, stable structure, it is not easy to be out of
shape；
3. Closed loop sensor with microcomputer control system, with high
accurate test and stable function；
4. It is adopts to electric load test force automatic, compensate
the test force by microcomputer, to make sure the accurate test;
5. It causes the low voice when do test, it adapts to different
kinds of lab using.
6. LCD display can indicate the indentation diameter, hardness
value, test force, test indenter, conversion
hardness value, and dynamic test force, dwell time, saved hardness
value, and test times etc.
7. It can adjust the light source brightness according to different
habit from people, avoiding the visual fatigue caused by operate by
long time.
8. Built-in printer, it can print the data out.
